Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at shop3D. We are thrilled for you to be a part of our customer base. However, we also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, comparing, and buying our products, whether it's as a gift, for work, or for yourself.

Some terms and conditions apply to transactions at shop3D (revopoint3d.de). The point to remember is that you agree to the terms set forth below, along with shop3D's Shipping Policy and Terms of Service, by ordering a product from us.

 

You can request our Return & Refund Service:

  • Remind:for return issue, please contact customer@shopcomfirst, otherwise we may not receive the package
  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving our product, if the productis in a new/unused condition.
  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where: 

  • It is requested beyond 14 calendar days of receiving a product.
  • A product sent to shop3D for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item that is not in a brand-new condition, i.e., opened packaging, cracks, dents, or scratches.
  • Legal proof of purchases, receipt, or invoice is not provided or reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
  • Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc., show signs of tampering or alteration.
  • A product is not delivered to shop3D within 14 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from shop
  • Other circumstances as stated in this policy.

Return & Refund Instructions

If you would like to apply for a Return & Refund, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your product(s).

 

  1. Contact shop3D support to apply for a return & refund, or
  2. Contact shop3D's support at customer@shopcom using the email address you registered on shop 3D Online Store, and provide the following information:
    1. Order Number:
    2. Registered Email:
    3. Return Product Name & Quantity:
    4. Reason of Return:
    5. Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging:

 

We will process your return and refund application within one or two working days after receiving your email.

 

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer. In some instances, up to 30 business days will be taken.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, please give it a full 24 hours before rechecking your bank account. If the issue persists, you should contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

The next thing to do is to contact your bank. Often processing impedes the transfer of funds.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Return Shipping

Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated return center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the refund is solely due to performance faults.
